1. About These Terms

These Terms govern your use of this website and your relationship with Alchemy Counseling, Consultation, & Wellness LLC (DBA Alchemy Collective). They apply to all visitors, prospective clients, and current clients.  

These Terms do not constitute a therapeutic relationship. A therapeutic relationship is only established through a signed Client Disclosure & Informed Consent Form and an initial intake session.

2. Not a Crisis Service

This website and its content are not intended for use in emergencies. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or are in danger of harming yourself or others, please contact:

3. Therapy Services

3.1 Scope of Services

Alchemy provides individual psychotherapy services on both an in-person and telehealth basis. 

3.2 No Therapeutic Relationship via Website

Sending a message through this website, submitting a contact form, or reading content on this site does not create a therapist-client relationship. A formal therapeutic relationship begins only after both parties have signed a Client Disclosure & Informed Consent Form.

4. Website Content and Informational Purposes

All content on this website — including blog posts, photographs, articles, resources, and general information — is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should not rely on any content from this website as a substitute for professional mental health care.
