Ashley Shaw, LPC

Founder | Psychotherapist

Ashley’s approach is relational in nature, emphasizing the inherent drive within us to form connections and develop into our truest selves. She believes within us all are the answers we seek and are discovered through genuine curiosity, collaboration, and non-judgmental inquiry into our feelings, thoughts, and actions. This is evident in her therapeutic approach, which is individualized to each client's unique hopes, strengths, and goals.

Ashley specializes in the treatment of neurodivergent disorders, trauma and relational challenges, and attachment issues.  Ashley enjoys building therapeutic relationships with families and individuals of all ages. Transformation takes place when a trusting relationship is present. Ashley’s training in EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Attachment psychotherapy, and Ketamine-Assisted psychotherapy allows for a collaborative environment with skilled guidance.

In addition to working as a therapist, Ashley’s career has been spent in leadership roles, including being the director of a multidisciplinary behavioral health group. Creating intuitive workflows, meaningful practice operations, and cultivating work-life balance for therapists to thrive have been guiding principles Ashley encompasses in leadership. One of Ashley’s greatest joys is working with new and experienced professionals to help them develop their authentic style and discover their identity as professionals. She views clinical supervision and consultation through developmental and self-reflective lens, guiding practitioners to look inward and discover their truth.

In her free time, Ashley enjoys reading, gardening, and hiking with her golden pal, Wallee. Time outdoors is time well spent. She encompasses and practices her belief that balance and simplicity are the cornerstones of contentment.
