She feels guided by relationship and believes that the ability to change and be changed by is a catalyst in reaching one's highest potential Jesse believes good humor, critical inquiry, fearless curiosity, and deep compassion are integral components of clinical practice and professional growth. Jesse's enthusiasm for the how and why invites nonjudgmental exploration into internal and dyadic patterns.
Jesse specializes in the treatment of trauma, attachment issues, mood disorders, and addiction, and recognizes that building meaningful, authentic relationships takes courage and self-reflection. She enjoys helping her clients and new and established professionals cultivate these capacities. As Jesse is trained in Psychodynamic psychotherapy, Attachment-Focused psychotherapy, EMDR, clinical hypnosis, and Ketamine-Assisted therapy, Jesse is proficient in helping clients integrate parts of self and past and present.
Jesse has served in numerous clinical, supervisory, and leadership roles throughout her career. In addition to co-authoring various academic works and developing training curricula for new professionals, Jesse served as assistant director of a large multidisciplinary mental health organization. Through these endeavors, Jesse discovered a passion for fostering development of new therapists, bringing together her lived clinical experience and in-depth understanding of theory and practice.
In her spare time, Jesse is a lifelong equestrian and enjoys reading, hiking, harassing her dogs and cat, Dungeons & Dragons campaigns, and learning new recipes.
